Test Instructions:

  1. Refresh this page - you should see a cookie consent banner at the bottom
  2. Try clicking "Accept All" - banner should disappear
  3. Refresh again - banner should NOT appear (consent stored)
  4. If running locally and cookies don't work, localStorage fallback will activate
  5. Open developer tools (F12) and check the Console for debug information
  6. Use the debug buttons below to test functionality
